Refund requests must be submitted within our specified timeframes. For courses under $500, you have 14 days from enrollment. Premium courses over $500 include a 30-day evaluation period. We require original payment verification and completion percentage review before processing any refund request.

Most refund requests receive initial review within 2-3 business days. Credit card refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after approval. PayPal refunds are usually instant once processed. Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

When courses are partially completed, refunds are calculated based on unused content. If you've accessed 25% of materials, you're eligible for 75% refund minus processing fees. This applies to video content, downloadable resources, and interactive tools. Live session attendance affects refund calculations differently.
